The new ESF build-in system from NEGELE offers customers in the food industry the capability of measuring temperatures in pipes and vessels without direct contact to the medium. Sensors can be removed for inspection and recalibration without opening the process line. In addition to prefabricated build-in systems, various adapters are available for welding in and retrofitting, along with the compatible temperature sensors. The hygienically-safe design of the build-in configuration when using the ESF-G system is achieved by means of an internal geometry that meets the 3-A Sanitary Standard 74-03.
With the PHARMadapt ESP, NEGELE offers customers in the pharmaceutical industry the capability of measuring temperatures in vessels and in pipes with a very small nominal width without direct contact between the sensor and the medium. Sensors can be removed for inspection and recalibration without opening the process line. In addition to prefabricated build-in systems, various adapters as well as a full range of compatible temperature sensors are available. All parts in contact with the medium are manufactured of stainless steel 1.4435 and come with the inspection certificate 3.1 according to EN 10204.
With the PHARMadapt EPA, NEGELE offers customers in the pharmaceutical industry the capability of temperature measurement and limit detection in pipes with a very small nominal width. The sensors can be fixed with clamps and sealed with exchangeable O-rings, specific requirements of customers in this field. All parts in contact with the medium are manufactured of stainless steel 1.4435 and come with the inspection certificate 3.1 according to EN 10204.
